Q.
Thomas Watson joined the firm in 1992
and became a partner in 2000. He is a California State
Bar Certified Appellate Specialist and is admitted to
practice in California state courts and the U.S. Court
of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Watson has extensive appellate experience in insurance
and healthcare law. He has authored articles on insurance,
healthcare law and punitive damages issues, and is a frequent
lecturer
on
these topics. He also is
the firm's liaison to the California Medical Association's
amicus committee.
Mr. Watson received his Bachelor of Science from the
University of Idaho, his M.B.A. from Pepperdine University
and his Juris Doctor from the University of California
at Los Angeles.
