On July 13, Horvitz & Levy partners David Axelrad and Mary-Christine Sungaila will speak to the Orange County Bar Association Corporate Counsel section on “Litigation Strategy and the Appellate Process.” The seminar will provide an overview of the appellate process, with an emphasis on the role of amicus curiae briefing, the effective use of appellate counsel, and techniques for preserving the record on appeal.
